PICTORIAL PARADE # 121... NZ's contribution to the Commonweath's strategic reserve in Malaya gave the RNZAF it's first mass overseas airlift . Using ex TEAL DC-6 airliners number 40 squadron transported soldiers and families to Changi Airport in Singapore.
